I changed the delivery address for my delivery, but unfortunately not the postcode-my error. I immediately tried to contact yourselves and Hermes-impossible. None ofthe pre-fabricated questions covered my problem. 1 week later apparently my parcel is still in the Hermes warehouse and your company is telling me the issue has been resolved. Pants
