I originally went to a sports direct store, one staff member was not approachable infact quite intimidating, as he was restocking shoe boxes, kicking them across the floor. As I was going to approach him for assistance, his facial expression was scowling, so I avoided him. Another member fortunately was more helpful. But the store did not have the item I wanted in stock, therefore I had to use the website.
