I first visited the shop in Trowbridge Shires shopping mall, and was served by a very helpful young man (whose name I didn't get, sadly), who showed me the selection of Crocs and Tuna, but they were too wide for me, so I tried the Karrimor Antibes sandals which were perfect but none in beige in my size were in stock. Later I found these online and ordered them, knowing they fit well and the removable back strap was what I wanted. They arrived very quickly and have been very comfortable. So I am very pleased with the service I have received from Sports Direct, although I did find the website a little difficult to navigate at first..
