I ordered trainers and was happy to pay delivery. My shoes size is always a 6.5 to 7!so I ordered a 7 and they were too big, I then had to pay to return the trainers again another £5. I ordered a 6.5 and when they arrived they are still too big I am quite annoyed as will have to pay another £5 to return them, I did go into my local store but they said I can only get a credit note and they didn’t have the sizes for me to try on,.this would put me off ordering again as this has cost me £10 and I still have no trainers. I am going to another shop where I can try them on or get free returns. I gave 2 stars because I liked the trainers and if they had fitted all would have been well. You shouldn’t have to pay for returns or should be able to return free via a store. I also believe these shoes have been worn.
