When my parcel arrived they changed the delivery time at the last minute so no one was in. Instead of dropping it at the neighbours they dumped it in my garden while it was raining. The parcel then had a item missing which I couldn’t get in touch with sports direct and I was just going round in circles. I then went to sports direct store and they rung them up to sort it out. It’s not straight forward and not good if something missing as they don’t give clear instructions of who to ring. Also they tried to say it all got delivered successfully.
