Customer Service and returns policy is appalling throughout the SD chain.
If you must purchase from this unethical store, 1. Pay via credit card 2. If a return and refund is not forthcoming, get the store manager to explain why on the back of the purchase receipt also stating the name of the manager, 3. Request a refund dispute with your credit card company and let them deal with SD on your behalf.
This shocking policy needs to change.
