Easy to use web site. Your courier service is poor - knocked on door, left package on the floor and walked off immediately without checking if I was at home to answer. I am on a busy street with no front garden, the package was visible to any pedestrian passing by.
As an aside can you tell me why none of your staff in the Piccadilly shop were wearing face masks on Saturday?
