I did not receive the package despite the delivery man "LA POSTE COLISSIMO" told me by email that he had delivered it to my address: 21 rue Saint-Michel 62000 ARRAS. The delivery service declares to have deposited the package in my mailbox on May 15, 2021. But nothing was present in my mailbox. I have opened a complaint file with the Post Office, I ask you to do the same with your delivery service. Thank you in advance.
