This is the second time I've tried to buy dumbells from Sports Direct and this time it was successful, the first time my order was lost and it tooks ages to finally get someone at Sports Direct to communicate. It's impossible to talk to anyone, and only finally got through to someone after a couple of weeks via Facebook Messenger. The weights I bought are great, although the packaging was terrible and the weights have knocked into each other in transit and chipped little bits off the metal.
