I ordered some weights paying a high delivery cost for prompt delivery.
I was subsequently informed that most of the weights that I paid for were not actually in stock.
I tried to amend my order as it was not worth paying the high delivery cost for a small amount of weight.
Their customer service did not respond to my request, instead replying with generic presumably automatically generated responses.
They then sent me a fraction of my order at the full cost, despite my request for them not to.
They have now been completely unresponsive in my follow-up attempts to contact them and fix the situation.
