It was a confusing and laborious process to return a poor fitting pair of shoes. I purchased them on line. Took them back to a store. Did not find a better size, discovered that I could not get a refund but needed to accept a voucher, couldn't figure out how to use it online after I found an alternate pair of shoes, went back to the store, the clerk was helpful, found out I would have to pay in order to get the proper size brought into the store, which I did ...now paid out 2x4.99 .... Had the shoes delivered to the store ... Will not be returning to sports direct ever!
