The walking boots ordered are very good, the star rating refers to the service. I ordered a pair of boots and immediately realised that I had ordered the wrong size. Even though it was literally s minute later Sports Direct would not allow me to change the order, instead I had to wait for the incorrect size to arrive and then spend £5 sending them back. Ludicrous.
