I am not really impressed. I wanted some ladies high tops. Went to the store only to be told they don’t stock them. I bought my last two pairs for that store, why do they no longer stock them, it’s not like they’ve gone out of fashion. I pointed out they have them online and was told I should order online then and that I could click and collect. Only two things wrong with that scenario. Firstly, that would mean another trip to the store to collect them and secondly, whether I have them delivered to my home or click and collect, I still have to pay £4.99 postage. Why the heck would anyone click and collect in the first place, I though the whole idea of that was to save postage. On the plus side, they did arrive promptly but next time I will shop elsewhere.
