Ordering process was simple and easy to use and my order arrived on time. I ordered different sizes of walking boots but soon discovered that returns can’t be processed in store and a prepaid returns label was not provided which puts me off ordering in the future!! (As you can imagine, walking boots aren’t light and it cost a lot to return). The items that I kept became faulty during a hiking trip which is inconvenient when you’re at the peak of your hike! A little disappointed
