Hi I’m wondering if you could help me we got these shoes a week ago from yous I’ve just had a phone call from school to say that the shoes has broke now surely it shouldn’t of happened this quick to a pair of shoes I’m just abit stuck due to not been able to return these to you or go to shop as I have been advised to still shield due to medical issues and now my daughter has no shoes now for school at this hard time hope you can really help me with this issue
