Purchased a pair of shoes for my son online. Had to pay £4.99 for collection in store which doesn't make sense, so I arranged for delivery to home address which was the same £4.99 postage. The shoes did not fit so had to return. A free return postage label was not included despite having already paid £4.99 for delivery. I then had to pay a further £3.20 postage to return the shoes as the purchase was made online and they DO NOT accept online purchases to be returned to store!?? An overall postage cost of £8.19 and we still don't have any shoes!!! I will not be ordering online from Sportsdirect a very poor service.
