The customer service I have had from various staff via the web chat have all been helpful. However they have been let down by the incompetence of the delivery service Hermes. I ordered a pair of trainers 3 weeks ago, two parcels have been lost and I am yet to receive either my trainers of a refund. Unfortunately this will be the stand out memories of me dealing with Sports Direct.
