The delivery service is good, however very disappointed with the sports direct returns policy. It mentions you can return items with ease to your local store. I was advised at my 'local' store I could only claim a voucher or exchange and not my full refund. Had this policy been clearer I would not have wasted petrol, time and parking fees. I would have posted the items back in the first instance as apparently this is the only way to claim a full refund (and I had to pay the return postage too). This policy needs to be made clearer.
