I was quite disappointed by the fact that I had spent £5 to get a delivery to my house, then when the shoes were not the right size I was told I would not get the £5 back and also have to pay £5 to send the shoes back to Sports Direct. I just wish this was more clear on their website about refunds. I was really looking forward to getting these new shoes as they're an excellent product at a super price.
