Poor- paid £7.99 for next day delivery and it was late. Order was placed in time yet did not arrive at the courier to be dispatched. Needed the equipment and ordered it from this company to get it at the right time, failed to meet expectations.
I'm sure sports direct will blame Hermes of course.
