This was my first time shopping with Sports Direct and whilst I wasn't overly happy about paying for postage and return costs, I was quite impressed with the speed at which my refund arrived for the items I had returned. I posted back the items on Monday and by Friday morning I had the refund in my account. I was pleasantly surprised. All in all the end to end process was very fast and smooth. Thank you.
