Wrong size sent and returned.Another delivery wrong size again and returned!
Impossible to talk to customer service and E Mail response slow and asking for proof to pay back postage costs.
Very frustrating and onus to sort on customer if I could have talked to customer service I could at least have stopped 2nd delivery. Awaiting confirmation goods received before I can get postage and goods refund. Communication is key to good service and I’m afraid Sports Direct does not deliver. I would ask the Customer to try and ring and see if they can get through - good luck!!
