the wrong size arrived and when I have tried to exchange the best I have been offered is a credit note for the shoe amount excluding the delivery charge to re-order through the website. The store have told me they cannot order the specific size - very poor customer service - whilst the attraction is value I now wish I had just spent a few pounds extra and gone to JD or somewhere more professional
