I bought a dumbbell (7.5kg) from its Isle of Wight store (0276) and it was agreed at the time of purchase that if the item was unsuitable, I will buy another suitable item from their online store and the Isle of Wight store will give a refund for return. When I returned the item to the store after purchase of a suitable item online, they refused to give me refund. They quoted law not to give refund and I had to accept a credit note. An absolutely disgusting dishonesty and breach of trust. No ethics and no values. A shop will never go back to.
