I sent returns with faulty goods ROYAL MAIL TRACKING RR460792183PL. They say "We did not received it and not going to refund you money".It is signed as delivered. I wasted much of my money and time and I am afraid of sending anything back as SD may reject again that they signed the document. Nobody care :(. They Asked me "Sam" to rise a claim instead of contacting Royal mail and ask who is not telling the true.
