Ordered trainers for my grandson, only 1 in the box, Capri pants and pumps charged but missing. Paid for next day delivery, was prepared to wait for them to put it right and wait a day but they refused after 2 hours in web chat would not send out trainers until I return the one I have. The other 2 items are meant to be sent today but just had email saying there is a delay with the pumps. Dreadful service, poor customer service and will never use sports direct again.
