Having placed my online order and i paid for overnight delivery some 10 days ago i have as yet not received anything. The order is sat with Hermes. Having tried the contact us email i received the refund of the postage promptly but no response as to where the order is. I sent a second email through contact us to this time cancel the order and refund the money and as yet not received a response. This is extremely poor customer service at its finest. You can not ring customer services direct and i guess that is due to the volume of calls they would be receiving.
