Paid £9.99 for next day delivery, the goods were despatched 3 days later on a 3 day service. Customer service just lied and blamed the couriers. When I had to buy from elsewhere customer service dances around cancelling the order (even though it had not yet been despatched) but I did get a 3 quid refund though…6.99 for 6 day delivery. Unsurprisingly this lot are charlatans. And not the popular northern Britpop band either. Just go somewhere else, please, and avoid the blood pressure.
