I ordered my item a week ago, and paid for next day delivery at 9 pounds.
3 days went by with no parcel, so I asked to be reimbursed the delivery charge and be provided an update on when the item will arrive. I received a 3 pound reimbursement and told the item will arrive within 3-5 instead.
7 days now passed without an update on delivery, it is now past the birthday party I ordered the item for.
