This rating is for a recent online shopping experience. I bought MMA striking gloves but the product that was delivered was not the same one advertised online. Although I was offered an exchange I was told the item may still be different from the one advertised online. Not very reassuring. It was a hassle to post it back etc sorry but poor experience on this occasion. If you advertise something online, the customer expects to receive the exact item showed.
