I have failed in my quest to find any customer service.
Only one trainer sent in a box, trainer returned as requested and now no trainers and no refund.
Disgusted with them, will never use them again and would advise everyone to AVOID them.
I was told once trainer was returned I’d get a refund, to date that was a lie. They took money for next day delivery and did not honour that. AVOID
