The worst customer service ever.
I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes I bought from them but they have cancelled my order telling me that size is not available even though on their website that size is available but telling me the website is not live which is ridiculous.
I have spent nearly £15 between the original fee for delivery and the return fee for a pair of shoes that costs nearly £100.
Avoid them at all costs.
