If I could give you 0 stars... I contacted your team on webchat because my parcel was late and felt that your website did not set the right expectations in terms of delivery times. Your advisor replied with 'LOL' and ended the chat (I have a screenshot of the conversation).
I don't know what to say, this was absolutely not a funny situation, this experience was stressful. This is extremely poor customer service, the poorest.
