A football I ordered online for my son arrived faulty - it deflated immediately on being pumped up. I returned it, expecting a full refund (including the delivery charge and cost of returning) but was only refunded for the ball, in spite of being told I would receive a full refund. Sports Direct stalled, evaded and then flat out lied about the reason for my return, saying that the call wasn't faulty. Awful company that I won't be using again. I've contacted Trading Standards and will be letting everyone I know know how appalling their customer care is. Avoid.
