Despite me providing proof to sports direct that the returned goods were delivered to them more than 7 weeks ago, the claim they have not received them. And they are doing nothing from their end to investigate how they could lose the parcel.
After two emails from their end that said exactly the same thing and making it my problem not theirs, they have stopped responding to my emails.
A very convenient way for them to keep my money. And dodgy as.
I'm furious. Will never buy from these people again.
