One of the worst customer services imaginable. Ordered shoes on January 23rd, after about a week of waiting contacted customer support and asked what's going on. They said the courier lost the shoes and they will issue a refund within 21 days!! And the 21 days came and went, still no refund, tracking still saying "ready to ship" and after emailing customer support, each time they copy paste the same message saying how sorry they are and say they need 3-5 working days to receive and answer from the courier. They then promised the item will be delivered within two days, didin't deliver it, and after contacting them again, said they need 3-5 days to get an answer form the courier. It took around 15 emails and multiple web chats and over a month to get my money back, and no shoes were ever received. An absolute tragedy of a shop.
