Avoid at all cost. I placed an order on February 17th. It was sent on February 19th. The last update I received was on February 21st. Held in customs in the UK for delivery to Spain. After weeks of avoiding replying to my emails they confirm after speaking to a courier that the order has been lost and would I prefer another delivery with the same items or a refund. I request a refund. Another two weeks have passed and I have had no reply. Only another random email again asking me if I would like a refund. Shocking customer service. All they do is inform you to please email customer service where they never reply to your emails.
