I placed an order for six shoes 17 days ago, but it has been lost by Evri. Sportdirect's customer support said that they need 3-5 working days to investigate the order's situation with the courier. However, they didn't issue a refund or a replacement order after more than 2 weeks.
I was dissatisfied with their customer service because these shoes were gifts, and I was forced to place and pay for another order, which caused me trouble.
