Negative experience with this shop. They sent the wrong item twice in a row. I'm trying to contact them to resolve the issue, they avoid my emails. It is frustrating to deal with this lack of customer service. I will never be shopping there again.
The correspondence with their customer service has already been lengthy (with no response) and they publicly ask for contact and order details assuring "they should be able to look into this further for me".
