Made an online purchase. Decided I wanted to return it. I messaged sports direct to ask if I could return it instore in a bid to avoid the 6.99 return charge. They said I could return to my local store for store credit. When I arrived at the store they said they don't accept online returns instore. I messaged again and asked for a free returns label for the mistake. They agreed to a code which I enter online. I followed their instructions to avail of a free return. However their options of what to select online wasn't available and a returns label was created without it making clear it was bring created. The returns label was one where I return of my own accord. It will now cost me over 40euro to return. I have since messaged 4 times to make a complaint and no one is replying. I will never use their store again. Online or local. Horrible experience all around and poor, lazy customer service.
