I purchase a pair of golf shoes that turned out to be faulty - a seam opened up after 3 or 4 rounds of golf in the first 3 weeks. Customer services felt it was wear and tear and did not feel that replacement or refund was appropriate! Customer service is very poor with little regard for consumer rights it seems. I will not be buying from Sports Direct again and recommend others reflect on my poor experience.
