Yesterday, I drove 30 minutes to my nearest Sports Direct to return a parcel that was delivered late.
The staff member told me I could no longer return an item purchased online through a store.
Having completed the return process online I was shocked to discover I had to pay a further £4.99 to complete the return on top of the £4.99 I had to pay for it to be delivered!
Such greed, the customer clearly is not your priority. Bye bye Sports Direct you have lost my custom
