I ordered a game spending £135 11 days ago. Paid the shipping of £4.99 for standard delivery within 7 days. Status on account has remained at 'order placed" since. Have sent emails, messaged with useless chat bod 5 times since. Received one email with no explanation saying "be patient". Still waiting. Will probably tell me its out stock when it's too late to get it elsewhere for Christmas present.
