I made an order on 29/10/2024 (Order Number SD40000116317067), with a promised delivery date of 13/11/2024. The order never arrived. Despite contacting customer service multiple times and requesting a refund, they have refused to issue it, even after promising they would. This company seems to operate with dishonest practices. When I opened a case on PayPal, they intentionally waited until the very last day to respond, trying to manipulate the system to close the case in their favor. To the customer service team at Sports Direct: you are scammers. You lie to your customers, steal their money, and refuse to take responsibility. To anyone considering buying from them: stay away. They cannot be trusted
