We ordered 3 items, only 2 were delivered and they were damaged, plus we paid the extra £9.99 for next day delivery which has not materialised. We noticed immediately, attempted to call back the driver but he ignored us, contacted EVRI and Sports Direct within minutes and repeatedly all day via every available method but there were no humans and apparently will not be for 24hrs. This complaint is about delivery issues AND lack of any customer service. We need the items urgently and so have had to take the morning off work to purchase from the store. Lost money, time and frustration. Terrible shopping experience.
