Absolutely Horrendous customer service - terrible. I ordered as a guest (to avoid being bombarded with promo emails etc etc) - ordered 2 items & only 1 item arrived. It is impossible to chase an outstanding order without logging in !!! The chat bot is useless and preloaded with misdirection. What an absolute joke - put me off ordering again. If you look below it asks how did you communicate with the company and one of the options is "Telephone" - where the hell is the telephone number ???? What is wrong with having human beings answering calls - now that would be something !!!! If there was lower than 1 star then i would have selected that !!!!
