Purchased Carlton feather shuttlecocks from Sports Direct. On trying to use them, found that they were not fit for purpose. Tried to return them to store. Manager tested shuttle with his hand and declared there was nothing wrong with them. Also, I had used them and so he could not offer return.
Absolutely disgraceful service - don't buy from Sports Direct!!
