Atrocious company that has repeatedly shown it does not care about customers.
They call themselves "UK's #1 sport retailer", but they are barely a retailers, with most products being drop-shipped from third-party sellers. When something goes wrong, expect it to take forever to fix and only after you repeatedly chase them.
Beware a company with no method of phone contact, where customer support can hide away behind keyboards. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.
