I have had a very disappointing experience with Sports Direct. Both of my last two orders were lost in transit, and I had to request replacements for them, which also arrived with delays. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. On top of that, the discount code I was offered as compensation did not work. Even after contacting customer service several times, I received confusing and inconsistent explanations. The whole process has been very stressful and has made me lose confidence in ordering from Sports Direct again. I truly expected much better service from such a big company. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.
