Did a purchase order online and received incorrect item. When returning it to the store, I was told that they can't take it back as their stock will not balance. This is a sportscene branch so I should be able to take a return to any store. I will not pay for an incorrect item supplied and store does not want accept my return. This is the Kuilsriver branch in the mall.
